Job Description

Orienta Spa is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for a client in the automotive industry. The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction through quality assurance and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints and develop action plans
  • Monitor and manage customer ratings
  • Oversee customer audits and approval procedures
  • Conduct structured problem-solving activities
  • Organize and manage customer visits
  • Analyze customer KPIs with monthly reporting
  • Ensure compliance through continuous monitoring of quality portals.

Requirements

  • Years in Automotive Quality role
  • Proficient in complaints management (8D Report)
  • Knowledge of Kaizen methodologies
  • Familiarity with customer quality portals
  • Understanding of KPIs and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in process audits
  • Core quality tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
