Orienta Spa is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for a client in the automotive industry. The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction through quality assurance and effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints and develop action plans
- Monitor and manage customer ratings
- Oversee customer audits and approval procedures
- Conduct structured problem-solving activities
- Organize and manage customer visits
- Analyze customer KPIs with monthly reporting
- Ensure compliance through continuous monitoring of quality portals.
Requirements
- Years in Automotive Quality role
- Proficient in complaints management (8D Report)
- Knowledge of Kaizen methodologies
- Familiarity with customer quality portals
- Understanding of KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Experience in process audits
- Core quality tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
