Job Description
As a Carpenter at Cloud9 Construction, you will be responsible for various tasks related to building and renovating structures, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates of labor and material costs
- Read blueprints and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Build foundations and erect walls
- Fit and install windows and doors
- Schedule and coordinate work on sites
- Supervise apprentices and other workers.
Requirements
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Authorized to work in Canada
Qualifications
- CADD software proficiency.
- Knowledge of building codes.
- Problem-solving. Communication.
