Marschner Consulting is seeking a Bank Clerk to support a cooperative financial institution near Düsseldorf. This role involves analyzing borrowers' financial situations and making credit decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze borrowers' financial conditions and assess creditworthiness
- Evaluate and process collateral and prepare related contracts
- Conduct thorough creditworthiness checks before decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues on credit decisions
- Ensure timely processing of credit transactions
- Act as a communication link with clients and partners
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes.
Requirements
- Experience in credit business, particularly in construction financing
- Knowledge of platform business and refinancing partners
- Strong risk assessment skills in credit operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
- Clear and friendly communication style
- Practical experience in credit business, especially in private customer business with a focus on construction financing
