Job Description
Win gGmbH, located in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany, is currently seeking a qualified Personnel Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
As a Personnel Administrator, your key responsibilities will include
- Keeping track of master data and getting ready to digitise documents
- Entering and verifying data to do monthly payroll accounting using SAP (having experience with SAP is advantageous)
- Serving as the management staff’s point of contact for matters pertaining to compensation.
- Processing of seizure and transfer orders as well as private insolvencies; Creating and managing employment contracts and preparing references in
- Collaboration with the management assistant
- Managing the reporting and certification system in coordination with a central department in Munich
- Participating in monthly, annual, and company financial statements and audits
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Personnel Administrator.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
