Job Description

Win gGmbH, located in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany, is currently seeking a qualified Personnel Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

As a Personnel Administrator, your key responsibilities will include

  • Keeping track of master data and getting ready to digitise documents
  • Entering and verifying data to do monthly payroll accounting using SAP (having experience with SAP is advantageous)
  • Serving as the management staff’s point of contact for matters pertaining to compensation.
  • Processing of seizure and transfer orders as well as private insolvencies; Creating and managing employment contracts and preparing references in
  • Collaboration with the management assistant
  • Managing the reporting and certification system in coordination with a central department in Munich
  • Participating in monthly, annual, and company financial statements and audits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Personnel Administrator.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
