  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities
  • Train staff in safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure food quality and service standards
  • Maintain stock and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Food Safety and First Aid Certificates
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Clean criminal record and reliability clearance
