Generation services are organized as rigorous 3–12 week boot camps. The programs provide students with comprehensive training in academic, mental, mentality, and career skills, mentor ship support and community resources, as well as work placement assistance after graduating.
The programmatic method of Generation involves the implementation of 3–12 week boot camp trainings for young adults to prepare them for jobs in a specific field. The Generation Curriculum Team develops the “boot camp” curricula around our countries and careers. Training is focused on the unique technological and behavioral skills and mindsets of a particular career defined by an examination of our staff.

We are pursuing a Curriculum & Instruction Lead to oversee curriculum design and implementation across several countries in the Middle East region for a broad partnership. In this new relationship and geography, you’ll work closely with our Global Curriculum & Instruction team to bring the approach to life. This role is suited for an experienced educational project manager who is excited to be at the cutting-edge of workforce development and to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, global environment.
The position is based in Dubai, with the region (to include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) travelling. He strongly favoured Arabic fluency.

Curriculum development (60%)
- Involve key stakeholders within the partner organization to identify training goals, schedules, implementation limitations and maximize resources (e.g. partner organization personnel, current materials)
- Guide the production of instructional materials using Generation methodology for a range of occupations, regional contexts and learner styles. Conduct or offer guidance to junior team members for the following activities: design of success goals, design of system architecture, sequence modules and learning sessions.
- Involve key stakeholders within the partner organization to identify training goals, schedules, and implementation limitations and maximize resources (e.g. partner organization personnel, current materials)
- Guide the production of instructional materials using Generation methodology for a range of occupations, regional contexts and learner styles. Conduct or help junior team members for tasks such as setting success goals, conceptualizing system development, sequence modules, and learning sessions
Instructional quality (30%)
- Building on the global tools of Generation, developing quality instructional measures and monitoring processes
- Ensuring that instructors are defined, trained and assisted in the implementation of Generation programs across multiple geographies (including planning on boarding and train-the-trainer experiences)
- Actively managing committed country-level team members in the implementation of boarding, training and co-worker experience.
Partnership support (10%)
- Attend business and relationship growth discussions at all levels to embody the Generation Curriculum & Training Methodology
- Support the embarkation and training of new project team leaders (e.g. trainer coaches) to ensure that they will reflect the Generation Curriculum Methodology and incorporate fidelity programs.
