Our business needs a front desk receptionist to welcome visitors as they enter the premises. Other administrative responsibilities include returning calls and emails, filing and scanning critical papers, arranging and recording calendar events for office personnel, and other similar tasks. Our ideal candidate is well-organized, has a history of working in administration, and has great interpersonal and customer service abilities. Additionally, you must be adept with Outlook and Excel as well as the whole Microsoft Office Suite.
