Your primary responsibilities will be to complete and handle customer orders in a professional and attentive manner, as well as to maintain and collect customer master data.
– You will also be in charge of client service over the phone.
– You are the knowledgeable point of contact for any inquiries regarding the product portfolio (after training).
– You will also assist the technical contact people and field personnel in achieving the sales objectives in the sales area.
