Your primary interests are:

– Participation in accounts receivable and accounts payable administration as well as inventory accounting. Accounting tasks include processing receiving bills, assigning accounts, and preparing outgoing invoices.
General office duties include processing mail, phone calls, and correspondence on a daily basis. Coordination and organisational duties include speaking with partners in company, responding to customer questions, doing customer analyses, and buying office supplies. Quality management.

A profile of you:

– Successful completion of an apprenticeship programme, understanding of, and first job experience in the aforementioned fields of endeavour. – Safe handling of personal computers, notably MS Office.
Openness, friendliness, and collegiality; drive and readiness to take on a variety of challenging tasks in a well-organized team; and assurance in using the German language, both orally and in writing.
