You carry out creative initiatives for well-known clients in the business world while working independently and across trades on planning for specialised tasks (1–9 according to HOAI).
Your area of expertise also includes the creation of sustainable, cutting-edge ideas and solutions for new construction, additions, and renovations.
You make sure that project deadlines, prices, and quality are satisfied.
You collaborate with everyone involved in planning across all interfaces.
You have no trouble applying the applicable rules and laws as well as the VOB.
