For our team in Dubai, we are currently looking for committed and experienced Waiters. Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage business should apply for this full-time role.

Responsibilities

Your principal duties as a waiter in Dubai will be:

Extending a polite and pleasant welcome to guests and seated them.
Displaying menus, outlining menu items, and giving advice.
Accurately and effectively taking orders for food and drink.

Ensuring customer happiness by responding to any questions or issues.
Correctly handling bill payments and transaction processing.
To create a welcoming dining environment, arrange and maintain tables.

Observing all safety and hygiene regulations.
Helping to maintain and clean the dining area.

Requirements

The following prerequisites should be met by applicants for the waiter position.

1-2 years of relevant waiter experience at a restaurant or other similar environment.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Understanding of menu options and food and drink products.
Ability to function under duress and during hectic times.
Cheerful outlook and meticulous attention to detail.
