Job Description

At Kenzokai Metal Finishing Inc., we are currently looking for an experienced welder to join our team. In order to maintain the calibre and integrity of welded components, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing and production processes as a welder.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a Welder with between one and two years of experience will be:

Reading and interpreting schematics and plans for welding.
Setting up the necessary welding equipment and choosing the best welding techniques.
Welding parts in a variety of positions, including horizontally, vertically, or overhead.
Checking the quality and conformance to specifications of the welds.
Performing regular upkeep on welding apparatus.
Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to safety procedures.
Working together with coworkers to achieve production objectives and quality standards.
Reporting to the supervisor any problems or flaws with the welding process.

Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the requirements listed below in order to be considered for the position of welder:

1-2 years of welding experience is required.
A diploma from a secondary (high) school or an equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend welding blueprints.
Strong welding abilities, including the use of MIG and TIG.
Understanding of various metals, welding techniques, and tools.
Commitment to producing welds of the highest calibre and attention to detail.
The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.
Strong work ethic and awareness of safety.
