Duties include installing gas lines, inspecting systems, repairing leaks & maintaining gas equipment:

  • Install gas heating systems
  • Service heating unit components
  • Maintain meters, regulators, lines
  • Repair gas appliances, equipment
  • Advise on safety, maintenance

Requirements:

  • College or CEGEP education
  • Gas Fitter Certificate (Level 2/B)
  • Gas leak detection skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards
  • Experience in gas system repair
