• Supervise all finishing works
• Ensure work per approved drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site team
• Monitor progress and productivity
• Inspect works and rectify defects
• Control material and tool usage
• Prepare daily reports and updates
• Enforce safety and discipline

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

• 5–8 years finishing experience
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience in residential/commercial projects
• Good leadership and supervision skills
• Indian nationality preferred
• GCC experience an advantage
