We are looking for a competent and meticulous Data Entry Operator to work for our esteemed MEP (Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical) Company in Qatar. The Data Entry Operator will be essential to maintaining the organisation and accuracy of our organization’s data.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a Data Entry Operator will consist of the following:

Importing information into our databases and computer systems from a variety of sources.
Guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of data entry procedures.
Keeping files and documents organised.
Checking the accuracy and consistency of data by cross-referencing and verifying it.
Creating summaries and reports from data as required.
Supporting efforts to improve data quality and data cleanup.
Following the guidelines and protocols for data entry.
Using the highest discretion when handling private and sensitive information.
Collaborating with teammates to accomplish team objectives pertaining to data.
Answering requests and questions from coworkers regarding data.

Requirements

Candidates should fulfil the requirements below in order to be considered for the position of Data Entry Operator:
