Responsibilities

As an Assistant Accountant with 1-2 years of experience in Dubai, your responsibilities will include

Helping to create and keep track of financial records.
Financial transaction verification, recording, and reconciliation.
Helping with the creation of financial statements and reports.
Managing the functions of accounts payable and receivable.
Supporting forecasting and budgeting.
Producing and handling invoices.
Conducting routine audits of the finances to ensure accuracy.
Managing routine administrative and financial tasks.
Collaborating when necessary with the senior accounting team.
Maintaining knowledge of pertinent financial standards and regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for the Assistant Accountant position, candidates should meet the following criteria

1-2 years’ experience working as an assistant accountant, at least.
An accounting or related field bachelor’s degree.
Microsoft Excel and accounting software expertise.
