Responsibilities:
Duties: Assist in kitchen operations & supervise cooking staff:
- Demonstrate cooking techniques to staff
- Supervise specialist chefs and cooks
- Instruct staff on food preparation
- Prepare meals for special events
- Oversee kitchen staff activities
- Plan and direct food preparation
- Ensure food quality standards are met
- Train staff on food handling procedures
Requirements:
