Job Description
In the oil and gas sector, we are now looking for committed Site Supervisors to join our team. We invite you to apply for this position if you have a diploma in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering, great English communication skills, at least 4-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and understanding of chemical cleaning operations.
Responsibilities
Your duties as a Site Supervisor will include a variety of essential tasks, including:
Directing and supervising on-site operations for the oil and gas sector.
Ensuring that all activities follow the rules and norms for safety.
Coordinating and managing all site people, including contractors and employees.
To achieve project goals, progress and work standards are being monitored.
Effectively managing tools, supplies, and resources.
Collaborating to create work schedules and plans with project management.
Regular inspections and safety audits to spot problems early and fix them.
Interacting with clients and stakeholders to discuss problems and deliver project updates.
Putting best practises into practise to improve project efficiency and results.
Reporting to senior management on the performance and progress of a project.
Ensuring adherence to legal and environmental requirements.
Job Requirements
You should have the following credentials to succeed in this position:
A degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
English language proficiency and effective communication abilities.
At least 4-5 years of experience working in the oil and gas sector.
Understanding of chemical cleaning procedures.
Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
Excellent ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and work well as a team.
A focus on the small things and a dedication to safety.
Understanding of tools and equipment particular to the business.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
