Responsibilities:
Duties include overseeing daily workshop operations, managing staff & ensuring equipment maintenance:
- Coordinate and supervise workshop activities
- Manage the technical team (mechanics, diagnostic technicians, acceptors)
- Perform advanced diagnostics on vehicles using specialized tools
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Train the technical team on new systems and procedures
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a senior mechanic/technical manager
- Technical expertise on combustion vehicles, preferably also hybrid/electric vehicles
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of diagnostic and workshop management tools
- Valid driving license B
