Job Description

Seeking Sales Supervisor in Canada (East Hastings St)  by Omer enterprises Inc. We are looking for individual having 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

A Sales Supervisor oversees the sales team, sets sales targets, monitors performance, and provides training & support:

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train staff
  • Order and manage merchandise
  • Authorize returns of merchandise
  • Prepare sales volume reports
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience
