- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations
- Guide guests inside and outside the hotel
- Assist with guest room directions and luggage
- Supervise and support room cleaning operations
Requirements:

- Experience in hotel front desk preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
