Duties are developing sales strategies & managing the sales team:

• Identify and acquire potential customers in Germany/Europe
• Initiate contact via phone and email
• Present products, machines, and solutions
• Coordinate with technical sales and office teams
• Create pricing and offers for new customers
• Track orders and payment receipts
• Document sales activities in CRM (Microsoft Business Central)
• Achieve sales targets

• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work independently and precisely
• Willingness to travel for (half-)yearly customer meetings
