Retail Store Supervisor Required in Canada (Blue Mountains, ON), we are looking for individual having 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Duties are supervising staff, managing inventory & ensuring customer satisfaction:

• Hire and train store staff.
• Authorize payments and merchandise returns.
• Manage and order store inventory.
• Establish and maintain work schedules.
• Address customer complaints and issues.
• Sell merchandise and meet sales targets.
• Prepare sales and personnel reports.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities.

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
