Employed as a Retail Store Supervisor in Canada with PUSHPAK WORLDWIDE INC. We are looking for a committed person to manage daily tasks and make sure our retail store runs well. Candidates with a secondary high school diploma and less than one year of experience are eligible for this entry-level post.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include

Directing and managing the work of the retail team to guarantee efficient shop operations.
Aiding in the recruitment and training of new hires.
Managing inventory, including procuring supplies, replenishing stock, and inventory monitoring.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications

Secondary high school certificate or similar.
Less than one year of experience in a retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
The capacity to act as a team leader when called upon.
