Restaurant Manager Position in Canada (Vancouver, BC) by Nana’s Green Tea, we are hiring individual having minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Duties include supervising staff, managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction & overseeing inventory:

  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance
  • Recruit and schedule restaurant staff
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Negotiate with food suppliers
  • Handle complaints and claims

Requirements:

  • High school graduation certificate
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and operations management
