Duties include assisting customers with purchases & organizing merchandise displays:

• Acquire orders from customers
• Answer customer inquiries (phone/email)
• Maintain and expand customer base
• Accept, process, and forward orders
• Enter orders into SAP system
• Record and process complaints
• Present products at events
• Support sales team activities

Requirements:

• Commercial training or similar qualification
• Independent, structured work style
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Sales experience required
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office, strong Excel skills
• Solution-oriented and reliable
