Required IT Support Technician in Riyadh, we are seeking candidate having 2-3 years of experience in field. Apply Now!

Responsibilities:

Duties include troubleshooting issues, installing software, maintaining hardware, assisting users:

  • Resolve IT support requests
  • Diagnose software, hardware, network issues
  • Install and maintain servers and Active Directory
  • Configure OS, applications, desktops, laptops, printers
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Monitor and update IT systems, perform security checks
  • Provide training and maintain IT documentation
  • Manage backups and assist in disaster recovery

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

  • 1–2 years IT support experience in KSA
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and office applications
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Awareness of IT security practices
  • Bachelor’s in IT or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft)
