• Manage check-in and check-out
• Provide customer service (Japanese only)
• Handle reservations and PC input
• Guide guests to facilities and golf course
• Support team-based improvement activities

• Japanese level N3 or higher (N2 preferred)
• Standard driver’s license required
• No experience necessary
