Job Description

Required Hotel Receptionist in Japan (Karuizawa Sta), we are seeking candidate having Japanese level N3 or higher. Apply Now!

Responsibilities:

Duties include welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations, answering inquiries:

  • Manage check-in and check-out
  • Provide customer service (Japanese only)
  • Handle reservations and PC input
  • Guide guests to facilities and golf course
  • Support team-based improvement activities

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

  • Japanese level N3 or higher (N2 preferred)
  • Standard driver’s license required
  • No experience necessary
  • Cheerful and courteous personality
  • Foreign nationals with valid status welcome
