Job Description

Required Farm Supervisor in Canada (Bolton, ON), we are seeking candidate having high school graduation & have at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:

Duties include overseeing daily farm operations & managing planting:

  • Plan crop growth based on conditions
  • Cultivate crops on vertical farming systems
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning and crop cutting
  • Implement soil fertility programs and mix fertilizer
  • Coordinate and supervise farm workers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Oversee growing and livestock-related operations

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Knowledge of farm safety procedures
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks
