- Lead and supervise admin team

- Prepare budgets and liquidity plans
- Ensure value preservation and quality
- Coordinate with asset management
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Degree in real estate/business
- 5+ years in property management
- Experience in team leadership preferred
- Strong MS Office and ERP skills (DOMUS ERP ideal)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented
