• Pre-contract cost estimation
• Post-contract cost control
• BOQ preparation management
• Tender evaluation analysis
• Project cost reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years Qatar/GCC experience
• Pre & post contract expertise
• Sponsorship change mandatory
• Civil construction background
• Sri Lankan preferred
