Responsibilities:
Duties include preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets & conducting feasibility studies:
- Conduct interim valuations
- Evaluate variations and claims
- Prepare quotations for tenders
- Coordinate with Civil & MEP teams
- Use AutoCAD for quantity take-off
- Handle tender inquiries and pricing
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Qatar
- Contracting company background
- Strong Civil & MEP knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Expertise in BOQ and valuations
- Excellent communication skills
