Responsibilities

Among your duties as a Security Manager will be:

Managing and supervising the day-to-day activities of the security team.
Creating and carrying out security guidelines and protocols.
Carrying out routine risk assessments and security evaluations.
Arranging the assignments and schedules of security personnel.
Managing and educating security staff.
Ensuring adherence to legal requirements and security protocols.
Compiling reports and looking into security incidents.
Assisting emergency services and law enforcement when needed.

Requirements

In order to be eligible for the Security Manager role, applicants must fulfil the subsequent prerequisites:

A diploma from a secondary school (high school) or an equivalent qualification.
One to two years of previous experience working in a security management capacity.
Familiarity with security systems, technologies, and protocols.
Strong ability to lead and make decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
The capacity to inspire and educate security personnel.
Competence in crisis management and emergency response.
