Responsibilities
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for
- Plumbing fixtures and systems installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Identifying and marking the locations of fixtures, passageways, and pipe connections in walls and floors.
- Making incisions in walls and floors to make room for pipes and fittings.
- Couplings, clamps, fasteners, bolts, cement, or welding, brazing, and soldering tools to join pipes.
- Using water and air pressure gauges, check pipes for leaks.
- Figuring out what the piping system needs.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing.
- Ability to install and maintain plumbing systems with ease.
- Understanding of drainage and waste systems.
- Authorize to work in Canada
