Responsibilities

Your duties as a Parents Helper will involve:

Assisting parents in providing for and keeping an eye on their children on a daily basis.
Involving kids in play and activities that are age-appropriate.
Preparing and serving children’s meals and snacks.
Preserving a child-friendly, clean environment.
Supporting students with their homework and other academic obligations.
Taking kids along on outings, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
Encouraging moral conduct and constructive social interactions.
Successfully informing parents about the progress and activities of their children.
Ensuring the children’s welfare and security at all times.

Job Requirements

You need possess the following skills in order to succeed in this position:

A diploma from high school or an equivalent.
It is preferable to have prior experience in child care or a similar field.
Genuine affection for kids and the capacity to relate to them.
Kindness, nurturing nature, and patience.
A good ability to communicate.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
A negative criminal history check.
