Duties include preparing meals, designing menus, supervising kitchen staff & managing food inventory:

  • Prepare traditional Pakistani dishes:
  • Biryani (chicken/mutton)
  • Karhai (chicken/mutton)
  • Mutton Pulao
  • Nihari, Qorma, Haleem
  • Ensure authentic taste and quality
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
  • Manage ingredient preparation and cooking timelines

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

  • Proven experience in Pakistani cuisine
  • Specialization in listed dishes
  • Valid Iqama is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently
  • Locally available in Riyadh
