An experienced Operations Manager with a strong history in retail operations is urgently needed by a major company in Qatar. We are searching for a person to work in Qatar who has a transferable visa, NOC (No Objection Certificate), and at least 10 to 12 years of expertise in the retail industry.
Responsibilities
Your duties as an operations manager will include:
Directing and supervising all retail activities to ensure effective and profitable business operations.
Creating and implementing operational guidelines and practises that support organisational goals.
Keeping an eye on daily retail operations, such as sales, inventory control, and customer service.
Examining and improving operating procedures to boost effectiveness and cut expenses.
Directing and coordinating the efforts of different departments to guarantee smooth operations.
Ensuring adherence to corporate policies, rules, and industry standards.
Locating possibilities for company development, growth, and improvement.
Requirements
Candidates should fulfil the requirements below in order to be considered for the post of Operations Manager.
10–12 years’ experience is the minimum required in retail operations.
Demonstrated managerial and leadership abilities.
Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in retail operations and management.
Possession of a transferable visa and NOC and capacity to work full-time in Qatar.
