Office Administrator Position in Germany (Baden-Württemberg), we are looking for candidate having relevant training or experience.
Responsibilities:
Duties are managing office operations & coordinating administrative tasks:
- Process accounts receivable/payable invoices
- Manage personnel tasks (leave, contracts)
- Perform general office administration
- Support DATEV implementation/optimization
- Use MS Office, Triviso, and DATEV
Requirements:

- Vocational training or business studies
- Proficient in MS Office, DATEV preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Willingness to optimize work processes
