Job Description

Office Administrator Position in Germany (Baden-Württemberg), we are looking for candidate having relevant training or experience.

Responsibilities:

Duties are managing office operations & coordinating administrative tasks:

  • Process accounts receivable/payable invoices
  • Manage personnel tasks (leave, contracts)
  • Perform general office administration
  • Support DATEV implementation/optimization
  • Use MS Office, Triviso, and DATEV

Requirements:

  • Vocational training or business studies
  • Proficient in MS Office, DATEV preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Willingness to optimize work processes
