- Assist with network infrastructure operations.
- Oversee patch updates, network configuration changes, and issue fixes.
- Carry out P3/P4 problem-solving and arrange vendor assistance (RMA).
- For batch operations, analysis, and optimisation, use Huawei automation tools.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following
- Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP, RSTP, and other fundamental routing and switching protocols.
- Strong grasp of root cause analysis and network problem troubleshooting.
- Certification as HCIP or CCIP.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience combined with a bachelor’s degree.
