MEP Quantity Surveyor Required in Riyadh, we are looking for candidate having 2-5 years of experience in same field. Apply Now!

Responsibilities:

Duties include estimating costs, preparing BOQs, analyzing tenders & managing contracts:

  • Prepare and control project budgets
  • Develop tender and contract documents
  • Perform accurate cost estimations
  • Conduct quantity takeoffs from drawings
  • Prepare detailed BOQ and rate analysis

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3–5 years MEP QS experience
  • Proficient in cost estimation software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Available for immediate joining
