Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Keeping an eye on kitchen operations to guarantee smooth and effective workflow.
- Overseeing and arranging the daily work of the kitchen employees.
- Maintaining and implementing standards for food safety and hygiene.
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and placing prompt orders for kitchenware.
- Close coordination with management to uphold superior standards for food and service.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Thorough understanding of food safety laws.
- The capacity to perform well in a hectic work setting.
- Must have a valid work permit.
