Responsibilities

Develop and put into action strategic plans in order to achieve business goals, market expansion, and revenue growth in the aluminium industry. To propel the company’s growth, identify industry trends, opportunities, and competition threats.
Operational Oversight: Ensure that all facets of the business’s operations, including production, sales, marketing, sourcing, finances, and human resources, are led and managed overall. Ensure cost-effective operations, adherence to quality standards, and efficient operation.
Business Development: To increase the company’s market presence and clientele, seek for new business possibilities, alliances, and initiatives. To promote business growth, cultivate good relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Budgeting, reporting, and financial management are under your control. To increase profitability and operational efficiency, manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and put initiatives into place.

Requirements

Must be able to establish innovative short-, medium-, and long-term company strategies and have a minimum of 10 years of intensive expertise in business Development and sales management.
Excellent market understanding of Qatar’s aluminium sector is required.
Must be knowledgeable about façade cladding
