Responsibilities
As a Male Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include
To ensure efficient and successful pest management services, you will be in charge of and oversee a team of pest control professionals.
Conducting assessments and site visits to find pest infestations and suggest the best course of action.
Ensuring that pesticides and other pest management methods are applied in a safe and effective manner.
To improve the skills and expertise of pest control experts, train and mentor them.
Coordinating the scheduling and distribution of team member tasks for pest control.
Ensuring adherence to all safety rules and corporate guidelines.
Keeping track of and maintaining a supply of chemicals and equipment for pest control.
Interacting with customers to learn about their needs for pest management and responding to their questions and issues.
Ensuring the efficacy of pest control services through routine quality checks and inspections.
Preparing documentation and reports for pest control operations.
Job Requirements
Candidate qualifications for this position should include:
Earlier pest control experience and a track record of success in management or leadership positions.
A valid driving licence for Qatar.
Understanding of safety procedures, chemicals, and pest control techniques.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
