Responsibilities
As an IT Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s IT systems run smoothly and efficiently:
Oversee and maintain the hardware, software, and network systems that make up the company’s IT infrastructure.
Employees’ IT-related problems and concerns should be handled technically.
For both new and existing employees, configure and set up hardware, software, and peripherals.
Observe network performance, resolve connectivity problems, and guarantee data security.
Work together with the IT team to put IT policies and procedures into place and keep them up to date.
Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce (SFDC), the company’s CRM platform.
Investigate hardware and software issues, making any necessary repairs or replacements.
Frequent system backups, data integrity, and catastrophe recovery are all priorities.
To suggest improvements, be abreast of the newest IT trends and technologies.
As needed, give employees IT system and tool training.
IT Administrator Job Requirements
A minimum of two to three years of experience in an IT support position or as an IT administrator.
Strong communication abilities to interact with workers at all levels in an efficient manner.
Proficiency with network systems, software, and hardware.
It is necessary to have familiarity with the Salesforce (SFDC) CRM platform.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical problems.
Knowledge of data security principles and guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulousness.
The capacity to manage several tasks at once and operate independently.
Grasp of current IT trends and technology.
A desire to learn new things and adapt to new situations.
