We have an immediate opening for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at a respected company in Qatar. We’re searching for someone who can work in Qatar who has a transferable visa and a NOC (No Objection Certificate), as well as a track record of success in inventory management.
Responsibilities
Your duties as an inventory manager will include
Overseeing and managing the storage, distribution, and procurement activities involved in inventory control.
Minimising excess and shortages while maintaining effective inventory levels to suit operational needs.
Creating and putting into practise policies and processes for inventory management.
To optimise stock levels and save carrying costs, inventory data is tracked and analysed.
Maintaining inventory accuracy by working with the supply chain, procurement, and warehouse departments.
Tracking expiration dates, controlling stock rotation, and minimising product waste.
Regularly auditing the inventory to ensure that stock records are accurate.
Managing inventory reports, creating budgets, and offering suggestions to increase inventory effectiveness.
Requirements
Candidates for the Inventory Manager role must fit the following qualifications
A track record of success in inventory management.
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with tools and software for inventory management.
Possession of a transferable visa and NOC and capacity to work full-time in Qatar.
