Job Description
Hotel Receptionist Required in Japan (Karuizawa Sta), we are looking for individual having Japanese N3 and driving license.
Responsibilities:
Duties include welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations & answering inquiries:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out
- Provide customer service in Japanese
- Manage reservations and PC entries
- Guide guests to golf course and facilities
- Participate in team improvement activities
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Japanese N3 or higher (N2 preferred)
- Standard driver’s license (automatic ok)
- Foreign nationals eligible to apply
- Cheerful and courteous attitude
- Ages 20–50, no experience required
