Quality Inn Bracebridge is currently seeking a Hotel Managing Supervisor to join their team. Applicants with one to less than two years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate are eligible for this position.
Responsibilities
As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include
- Managing and supervising daily hotel operations.
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer satisfaction and service.
- Coordinating with hotel employees to keep things running smoothly.
- Addressing questions, worries, and special requests from visitors.
- Supporting the development and training of employees.
- Keeping an eye on and overseeing hotel finances and resources.
- Maintaining and putting into practice hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- A secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and standards in the hospitality sector.
- Have valid work permit
