Responsibilities

As a School Bus Attendant in Dubai, your responsibilities will include

Helping youngsters enter and leave the school bus.
Making certain that pupils are seated and securely fastened in their chairs.
Maintaining a secure and orderly atmosphere by keeping an eye on student behaviour when they are on the bus.
Helping pupils who need it who have specific needs or impairments.
Notifying the bus driver of any safety or behaviour issues.
Ensuring that safety standards and procedures are always followed.
Responding as necessary to crises or situations.
Keeping the inside of the bus spotless and organised.
Fostering effective communication with parents and students.
Observing the transport policies and regulations set forth by the school.

Requirements

You should have the following credentials to succeed in this position:

A compassionate and understanding attitude, especially while interacting with youngsters.
Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
The capacity to keep one’s composure and composure in potentially stressful circumstances.
A plus is having first aid and CPR training.
