For our team in Dubai, we are now looking for a seasoned real estate broker. We need candidates with at least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in the real estate industry for this position because it is crucial to the operation of our real estate firm.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a real estate broker with two years of experience will be:

Establishing and keeping up a portfolio of houses for sale or rent.
Prospecting for and locating potential customers and property owners.
Conducting property evaluations and assessments.
Listing and promoting properties using a variety of media.
Facilitating property negotiations and viewings.
Giving clients professional advice on market trends and prospects for real estate.
Drafting and finishing lease and sales contracts.
Making sure all legal and regulatory standards are met.
Establishing and keeping solid client connections.

Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the requirements below in order to be considered for the post of real estate broker:

A minimum of two years of experience as a real estate broker that can be confirmed.
