At 39 Abraham Welsh Road in Toronto, Freshii is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining the efficient operation of our restaurant. A secondary (high) school diploma and at least one but not more than two years of relevant experience are prerequisites.

Responsibilities

As a Food Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include

Directing and organising the work of the personnel that provides food.
Ensuring the freshness and quality of food products.
Ordering, keeping track of inventory levels, and monitoring.
Offering team leadership and mentoring to new hires.
Answering questions from customers and resolving issues.
Controlling the food serving area’s cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensuring that safety and quality requirements are followed.
Organising shift rotations and creating work timetables.
Working in partnership with management to improve service effectiveness.

Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the following requirements in order to be considered for the Food Service Supervisor position:

A diploma from high school (secondary education).
A minimum of one to two years’ worth of restaurant service experience.
Strong skills in serving and preparing food.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Leadership and management skills.
Authorize to work in Canada
